Hi Country Estates Phase II is the governing HOA for the privately owned properties in and preceding Rose Canyon. The HOA Board is elected at the annual meeting of owners, and meets monthly to discuss and vote on official HOA business. All properties within the HOA are subject to the CC&R’s as outlined in the founding documents.
Any new building projects must be submitted to the ACC (Architectural Control Committee) prior to beginning construction. Plans for new projects should be submitted as an action item through the Owner Portal.
